A green light on a dashboard, a job that "completed successfully," a setting nobody's touched in years — none of that actually tells you whether the thing behind it still does what it's supposed to.

We test what's actually reachable from outside, not what the configuration says should be — always scoped and agreed with you first, never run blind against a live system.
Backups & recovery
Backed up. Never restored.
A backup job completing successfully every night tells you a file was written somewhere — it doesn't tell you it can be restored. We don't just check the job ran; we actually restore from it and confirm the result is real, usable data.
Email & calendar
Confirmation sent. Never received.
Missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, calendar invites without a working .ics attachment, invoices quietly landing in spam — all invisible from your side, all producing the same missed appointment or unpaid invoice on theirs.
Certificates & DNS

An SSL certificate nobody's watching, a DNS record still pointing at a server that was decommissioned two years ago, a domain renewal that slips past the person who used to own it. Small, forgettable settings that take down something real the day they finally lapse.
