JLR Motorsport — Team Equipment Logistics

Built specifically for JLR Motorsport: a logistics platform for the movement of all the equipment that supports the team's operation across the operation's racing divisions: Jaguar's Formula E programme and the Defender Rally team. Partner teams work from one shared dataset, each with permission-scoped access to their own division, and nobody sees another partner's requests. Automatic PDF pick-lists and dispatch notes generate on submission, and a Master Admin can place a request directly on behalf of any partner company or staff member who needs support doing it themselves, scoped to exactly the divisions that company can see. If a recipient's saved sizes change mid-request, the system doesn't just note it quietly — the alert surfaces right in the request itself, with a clear way to mark it reviewed once it's been checked.

This is the kind of system that comes up again and again in custom work: several distinct stakeholders — JLR Motorsport's own ops team and its partner companies — each with their own permissions, sharing one dataset rather than working from separate spreadsheets.
