Central Scotland Motorhome Hire runs their entire operation through a system built specifically for them, start to finish: a live dashboard tracking every upcoming collection and exactly what's still outstanding — collection pack sent, DVLA licence check back, both deposits in, balance paid — colour-coded so staff can see at a glance what needs chasing today, not dig for it. A fleet-wide calendar lays every booking against every vehicle side by side for the month, and a dedicated Whiteboard view gives a fast, pre-filled read on exactly what's happening in the week ahead — the tool staff actually reach for when someone asks "what's going on this week?"
The build itself was grant-funded — one of a number of projects we've delivered as an approved grant supplier — and we're picking this one out specifically because of where it's ended up: the business now runs at full capacity, booked out consistently, with the day-to-day overhead of getting there carried by the system instead of a spreadsheet and a lot of manual chasing. That's the actual case for a project like this — not the funding on its own, but what the business looks like once the system's been running it for a while.
